One of my new year's resolutions is not to let this blog die but everybody knows resolutions are made not to be respected. There's a voice somewhere in my mind tellin me that would be a mistake to close down this space so we'll see what happens. Anyway 2008 goes away today and has been a glorious year, not only musicwise. Here's a small collection of just some of the gigs seen in Dublin this year. All the best folks!

Stop And Go
September is a good month to make the point of the situation. Since i was a kid i've always counted years from september to september, rather than from january to january, and still goes this way. I'm off everything at the moment, down in deep south of Greece forgettin about timetables and alarm clocks, appointments or any kind of rush. Barefoot and pure, appreciating boredom. I never really needed a holiday as much as this time before in my life and now i am here with the privilege of slow passing time. Funnily enough, as always, it's good to be away for a while but at same time a part of me is missing Dublin too. Not gettin too personal when writing here its definitely more difficult now than ever and maybe is one of the reasons that kept me away so long from this blog lately. It looks like that many people surrounding me, some of the closest actually, don't know what to do with their life or they just need a change but it's not my case. Not saying i clearly know want i wanna do and where i wanna be in the future but at least i know what i don't wanna do, which is something at least. I don't need to travel or any big change to find myself or my way but at the same im conscious that things could change anyway. Letting things flow and going with the flow has somehow become my philosopy and im quite comfortable with it. Amen.
